BD Barcelona Design is a world prestigious design furniture editor. The design of the Stand at Salone del Mobile, Milano 2016 was developed internally with the guidance of the Art Director of BD Barcelona design – Ramon Ubeda.
Stand concept is a “treasure box” of the outstanding design pieces by most recognized designers like Jaime Hayon, Konstantin Grcic, Cristian Zuzunaga, Oscar Tusquets, Campana Brothers among others. Each design piece gains the protagonist in each display scene, mounted in the double, in some cases triple height, to take full advantage of the given space and offer the visitors multi-dimensional display and the impactful show. Set design of the stand is reinforced in the each product niche being treated in the strongest product color or tone, giving more powerful visual impact and individuality around each products display. The central display platforms painted in the neutral color with different heights of elevations highlighting the hierarchy of the novelties and contributing to the visual landscape of the stand. The separation between the primary news platform creates the space separation and stimulates to take the whole tour around the stand.
