FORMER GARAGE ENRICHED BY NATURAL LIGHT AND TEXTURES

A former garage in Amsterdam was transformed in spacious 230 m. Sq. One level house filled with light through roof windows and interior patio. i29 interior architects chose simple but incredibly graceful materials palette: large oak rectangular panels contrast beautifully with white walls and gray floor. Some hues of green like the living room sofa and custom made moss like carpet make a great connection with the interior patio that separates master bedroom with living room.
Natural hues are well balanced by the contrast of black surfaces and bold artwork on the white walls.
Big wooden sliding panels are covering the entrance to private areas and are used in the kitchen to cover all the storage. In the end, one sleek image of the wood panels from the ceiling to the floor on the white background with the black custom-made cooking island in front.
